I originally ordered a 10 yard dumpster and had to swap it out a couple days later because it was not big enough. They swapped it out quickly with a 20 yard dumpster and restarted the 10 day period for rental. Then I need to keep extending the rental and finally after 33 days of extension I had filled it up and they promptly picked it up. Communication is excellent especially with Kelley I have used other companies before but Grime time is by far the best and reasonably priced and extremely easy to work with. The Grime Time 20 Yard Dumpster rental went exactly to plan, and as expected. The Grime Time folks were pleasant and helpful. Pricing was reasonable. As I was off-site during delivery, it would be nice to have a brief working guide for the dumpster, on their website, pointing out the mechanical interactions needed to successfully unlock the dumpster’s gate. I finally had it open after about 10 minutes, but it could have been five times faster, if I’d known there was no other mechanisms at play, and maybe daylight hours wouldn’t have hurt. 😊 Overall I’m very pleased with our decision to use Grime Time! I have been working on a home remodel project over the past several months and rented Grime Time dumpsters on three separate occasions. Fast delivery after you schedule for it. Availability to adjust pickup day by shortening or extending the time with a fee of $10 a day to extend. Two 10 yard dumpsters made quick work of cleaning out our home that sold and had to ready for new owners the following week. Would highly recommend, I happen to just underestimate the size I needed. But I was able to after 2 days schedule a pick up with delivery of another unit the very next day. My mistake cost me double rental fees but with a promo I was able to save on each one.

Highly recommend. Will be using them again soon! Easy drop off and pick up, and love the fact that we were contactless, because of the pandemic. I used their biggest size, and it was able to fill up at least 6 couches/recliner, chairs, old TV's and plus more. We had room to throw out dozens of bags (at least 50) of trash, clothes, old toys, plus more and room to spare. For the price, you get what you need plus more. Planning on buying more furniture in the near future, so will be cleaning out the rest of my home. Grime Time is my #1 place to go.

I ordered a dumpster online for a weekend house project. I called and confirmed my order the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I asked what time would it be delivered. They told me they wouldn’t know until it was placed on one of the contractor’s routes (which is understandable). The day comes for the dumpster to be delivered, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. They called me back at the end of the day and told they had no record of my order (even tho I requested it online). I tried to order a small dumpster but the lady I spoke with told me they usually send a bigger dumpster for house projects and proceeded with the buying process. I told her I didn’t need a big one and she continued to “recommend” a bigger one. I told her that I was going with another company. The other company had it delivered the same day. Update: A Grime Time employee called me and told me that they wanted to change my opinion of them. They had a dumpster delivered quickly (within 2 hours). The staff were so sweet, you could really tell that they wanted to fix things. And fix things, they did. I’m glad I decided to give them a second chance. They did not disappoint. Thank y’all so much.

Grimetime was everything I was looking for in a trash removal service. Staff were professional, and went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated and my goals were accomplished. Truth be told, when I was told I needed to get a roll-out dumpster to a job site I was not looking forward to my day. However, after getting the run around by some other local companies in Buda, I was referred to Grimetime by a friend. After a quick questionnaire online, I was immediately contacted by a member of the staff and five minutes later my appt. was set and agreement made. The delivery driver was prompt, punctual, and got the dumpster where it needed to be. While the prices were competitive, I would only ask the possibility of having a special promo price every now and then. Drives the business up and makes things a little easier for us, out here in the streets. Anyways, would recommend to anyone else.

I ordered a 10 yard dumpster. I put in my demo waste and then the homeowner filled it with their junk! Grime Time got us another dumpster right away. Super easy to order and the representative was able to take details accurately. They were flexible and cost was even a little cheaper than competitors. Very happy to use them and I'll use them again. The dumpster delivery/pick up is super early in the morning, so be prepared to have the dumpster site fully accessible!

One of the best dumpster companies I've worked with in Austin. I've been doing some remodeling of my duplexes (I live in one side so been doing this all as a homeowner) and have found many of the dumpster companies to be hard to deal with if you're not a big contractor. Their 2 weeks rental time (plus you can ask for extra if needed) really gives people that work and do remodeling after work or early in the morning the opportunity to finish. I've had dealings with other dumpster companies that were very strict with a week (esp for heavy debris). Pricing is also very fair. Will be using again!

But I offered at least two times to pay the $10 per day fee, and the owner said "no" it was free. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone
